The cost math

We cannot do the arithmetic on Outreach, because there is no published number to do it with. What a small team can do is write down what it needs and price that.

Here is a simple version. You want to reach 200 buyers a month with a few follow-ups each and have the replies handled. On Rocketship that is Frontier at $79 a month, which includes 200 leads. A year of it is $948. If you only need 50 a month, Launch is $24.99, or $299.88 a year at the monthly rate. If you are a team that works thousands of people a month, Mission Control is $1,499 a month or $14,990 a year, with 25 teammates included.

A platform sold to revenue teams assumes there is a team: reps to run sequences, a manager to read dashboards, and someone to administer it. If that describes you, ask for a quote. If it does not, a product where the work is done by the AI workers by default may fit better.
