Alternative comparison · updated October 2026

A ZoomInfo alternative
with the price on the page.

ZoomInfo sells business contact data and sales and marketing tools. Its pricing page in October 2026 lists packages by name and says pricing is based on features, number of licenses and credit usage, with no dollar amounts shown and a sales team to work out terms. Small businesses tend to look for an alternative for one simple reason: they want to know the price before they talk to anyone. Rocketship publishes every plan. It finds buyers by name, emails them from your own Gmail, follows up, books the meeting and answers the phone. Plans start at $24.99 a month, and a phone line is $5 a month extra.

Disclosure: Rocketship publishes this page. ZoomInfo details come from zoominfo.com/pricing as read in October 2026. We do not state a ZoomInfo price because they do not publish one.

The cost math

There is no ZoomInfo number to compare against here, and we are not going to guess one. What we can say is that a price you have to ask for takes a conversation to learn, and that conversation usually comes with a demo.

Here is a way to price your own need before you talk to anyone. Write down how many new buyers you want to reach in a month. If it is 200 or fewer, that is the Frontier plan at $79 a month with 200 leads. If it is 50, Launch at $24.99 covers it. If you need more later, top-ups are $15 for 100 leads, $35 for 300, $99 for 1,000 and $399 for 5,000. If you are a team working thousands of people a month, Mission Control is $1,499 a month for about 6,500.

A lead on Rocketship is used when it starts working a contact. Finding new people uses enrichment credits: 100 on Launch, 250 on Frontier, 6,500 on Mission Control. If you already own a list, importing it is free.

Then price the work after the data. Someone has to write the emails, send them, follow up, read replies and book meetings. On Rocketship the AI workers do those steps by default. That is the part of the bill that data tools usually leave to your payroll.

What ZoomInfo is built for

ZoomInfo is organized around contact and company data and the sales and marketing tools built on it. Its packages are priced by quote, so the best way to evaluate it is to book the demo and ask for the number in writing.

When Rocketship is the right choice

  • You want to see the price before you talk to a salesperson.
  • You are a small team that needs customers, not a data subscription.
  • You want the emailing, follow-up, replies and meeting booking handled.
  • You want to start with a 7-day free trial and cancel from Settings before day 8.
  • You have your own contact list and want to use it without paying to re-find it.
