Getting customers
Can AI answer my sales emails for me?
Yes. AI can read a reply to your sales email, work out what the person wants, and answer the same day, including offering times for a meeting. It works well for common replies like interested, not now and who are you. A person should still handle the rare, sensitive or unusual ones, and Rocketship lets the owner review anything.

What kinds of replies there are
Most replies to a cold email fall into a few groups. Interested, send me more. Interested, call me. Not now, try later. Not the right person. Not interested. Please remove me. Out of office. And the odd strange one: a question about price, a complaint, a threat to report you.
The first seven are routine. They have a clear next step, and the sooner it happens the better. The last group needs a human eye.
What AI does well
Speed is the big one. A reply that gets an answer in minutes keeps the conversation alive. An answer on Friday to a Tuesday reply often meets silence.
AI is also steady. It answers at night and on weekends. It does not forget to reply to the third person on a busy Wednesday. It can offer two specific times, read which one the person picks, and put the meeting on the calendar.
For not now, it can note when to come back. For not the right person, it can ask who is, politely. For please remove me, it stops all messages at once.
Where a person should step in
Anything that touches price negotiation, a legal complaint, a refund or a long custom request deserves your eyes. So does a reply that is angry, confused or in a language you do not read.
Good tools make this easy to do. You should be able to see every message sent in your name, and switch on a review step for the replies you want to check before they go.
How Rocketship handles replies
In Rocketship the AI workers read replies and answer on their own by default, and book the meeting when someone says yes. The owner can review anything. Sequences stop the moment someone replies, books or unsubscribes, so a person who answered does not receive the next scheduled follow-up.
Replies go out from your own Gmail or Google Workspace, so the conversation continues in the thread the person already knows. Launch includes one worker for email and AI phone calls, and Frontier adds a second. See how it works.
Try it carefully
Start with a small list of 50 people. Read the first ten replies the workers send. If the tone is right, let it run. If not, adjust the instructions and look again.
