Replacing your tools
Can Rocketship replace HubSpot?
For finding buyers, reaching them, booking meetings, quoting and getting paid, with a full CRM included, yes for most founders, startups and growing businesses. Rocketship is the customer acquisition engine for founders, startups and growing businesses, and it keeps all of that on one record. It is not a marketing-newsletter tool or a support-ticket desk, so if you rely on either, keep a tool for that.

What Rocketship covers
Most teams use a CRM for a handful of jobs: keeping a record of every customer, tracking deals through stages, remembering follow-ups, sending emails and getting a quote signed and paid. Rocketship covers all of them.
The CRM has a pipeline board with custom stages, people and company records, deals with values, tasks, notes with @mentions, custom fields, lists and segments, and a timeline per person. Teams get roles, an assignee on every lead and reporting per person. Quotes carry an e-signature and take payment through Stripe.
It also does the work that comes before the record exists. It finds the people who buy what you sell, emails them from your own Gmail, follows up, answers replies, books the meeting and answers your phone. With a CRM you update by hand, someone has to enter those. Here they write themselves to the record.
What it is not
Rocketship is not a marketing-newsletter platform, and it is not a support-ticket desk. It does not send campaigns to a subscriber list or manage a help inbox with ticket queues. If your business runs on either, keep a tool for that job. You can still move your contacts into Rocketship for free and run sales from it.
How to decide
Write down what you use your current CRM for, and check each item against the list above. If it is mostly contacts, deals, tasks, emails, meetings and quotes, Rocketship covers it and adds the finding and follow-up that a CRM leaves to you. Import your contacts, run it for a few weeks next to your current tool, and compare the meetings booked and the money collected.
On cost, plans start at $24.99 a month, and each teammate is $15 a month on top. Mission Control, at $1,499 a month, includes 25 teammates. Check what you pay per seat today and add up the same team.
