What it is
Does Rocketship have a CRM?
Yes. Rocketship includes a full CRM: a pipeline board with custom stages, people and company records, deals with values, tasks, notes with @mentions, custom fields, lists and segments, a timeline for every person, assignees, team roles, reporting per person, quotes with e-signature and Stripe payments, import of your own contacts and CSV export. It is the record every other step writes to, so the pipeline you see is the revenue you will collect.

What the CRM includes
The pipeline is a board with stages you can rename and add. It starts with New, Contacted, Replied, Meeting Booked, Won and Lost. On a phone you swipe a card sideways to move it to the next stage.
Every person and every company has a record. Deals carry a value, so the board adds up what is open. Tasks have due dates and a focus mode that walks you through what is overdue, due today and coming up. Notes can @mention a teammate. Custom fields hold whatever else you track, and they double as fill-in details in your emails.
Lists and segments keep your audiences straight: saved lists, five smart lists (new, emailed, replied, callable, found) and tags. Bulk actions let you add a selection to a list or a campaign, assign it, tag it, move it to a stage or call it. Search reaches any person or company from one box. You can import your own contacts for free and export to CSV.
A timeline for every person
Each person has one timeline: the notes, the emails sent, the replies, the calls, the meetings and the invites. You do not log anything by hand. When an email goes out, a reply comes in or a call is answered, it lands there.
Teams
The CRM is built for more than one person. There are owner, admin and member roles and a central Team page. Every lead can have an assignee, and the pipeline can be filtered by person. Two switches let the owner decide whether members can export contacts or delete people. Reporting shows sent, replied, booked and won per person.
Each rep can connect their own Gmail and calendar, so their leads send from their inbox and meetings land on their calendar. A teammate seat is $15 a month, and Mission Control includes 25.
Quotes and payments close the same record
Quotes can be signed with a typed or drawn signature and paid through Stripe into your own Stripe account, with an optional deposit. The status shows on the person: sent, accepted, deposit paid, paid.
Why it matters that it is built in
The CRM is not a separate product you connect. It is the record every other step reads from and writes to. The person the email found is the caller the phone answering recognizes, the booked meeting lands in the pipeline with its history, and the payment closes the same record. Rocketship powers your bottom line: it is built around new customers and the money they pay, not emails sent or contacts stored.
